Pepperdine 4 : Court Docs and Links
Here's a roundup of documents and info gathered in the pending trial of Fraser Bohm.
It’s Tuesday!
Which means it’s basically almost Friday.💁🏼♀️
I want to give a LARGE MARGARITA-SIZED THANK YOU to all of you who were able to stop by during the YouTube Lives last week. I truly appreciate all of you, your encouraging words, and your big hearts for truth and victims.
I’ve had lots of requests for access and links to different things regarding the Pepperdine case, so this brief newsletter is focused on giving you a more organized menu of all the items (court docs, etc.) that I currently have access to.
(The words in green colored font are links.😉✅)
◉ INTERVIEWS:
👉PART 1 Friends and advocates of the 4 female victims (Asha, Deslyn, Peyton, and Niamh) share with us who each of the young women were independently, as well as how much of an impact they had on the lives around them. We also touch on the basic details of the tragic event that happened on 10/17/23.
Note: The first video had to be re-uploaded several times now (and still has some small glitches😵💫), but overall it was a success.
👉PART 2 Advocate and law student, Billy, dives a bit deeper into the legal side of the case with me, so that we get a stronger understanding of what’s happening in the courtroom.
(An extra thank you to my friend, Lydia, who helped mod for those interviews.)

◉ COURT DOCS:
The CA court system is a bit more difficult with gaining access to documents than I’ve experienced with covering other cases, but the victim advocates have been so kind to share what they currently have with me.
The documents below are not necessarily in the correct order of time filed. I had problems adding them onto substack in proper order, but you easily can find the filed dates on the docs themselves.
◉ PRELIMINARY HEARING:
I was able to get a portion of the recent pre-trial hearing transcript. The transcript is of the defense attorney questioning what appears to be an accident reconstruction officer about the blackbox data of the vehicle. (Keep in mind - this is one small portion of a larger hearing transcript, but it gives some insight into the defense’s approach against the state’s allegations of Bohm’s clocked speed).
◉ WHAT’S NEXT?
✅ OCTOBER 8, 2025 - Preliminary Hearing
I will keep you guys updated as I learn more info in the coming weeks.
📣ONE LAST THING…
I may pick up a second case to focus on during this time, so if you have any suggestions on a pending trial you’d like more coverage on, let me know in the comments below.
Thanks GUYS. And Happy ALMOST FRIDAY. 🤪
