I am disgusted by her qualifying her own ability to drive under the influence. She thinks she's got her own special, personal definition of laws we are all obligated to obey. She's repulsive-and a very sick, evil woman.

Yeah, she comes across very entitled and selfish.

I know that was shocking. Two Vodka tonics and I'd be legless.

Smoke & mirrors. Officer O’Keefe’s injuries are wholly inconsistent with a car strike. He

was mortally injured inside the house and dragged out to die on the lawn like an animal.

His geolocation shows he never even went in the house. How do you get around that?

Also, 75% of the jurors last trial believed that Karen did hit John with her vehicle, and the CW has now included a new tech-stream data from her SUV as evidence, and an accident reconstruction expert (with visual diagrams) to explain how it happened.

ARCCA did their own analysis on VERY limited data, which even one juror who was interviewed had mentioned was a concern for some people.

Not only were they not provided basic vehicle tech-stream info (reverse speed and distance), but they did not test different body and vehicle angles or use proper weather conditions. They never tested to see if John was "clipped" by the SUV like Karen said she thought could have happened. They also never analyzed how a body lying in snow/ice immediately would hinder onset bruising on his arm.

The defense is the one that's all smoke and mirrors. You guys give them way too much credit.

His geolocation showed him inside the house, and it showed that he or his phone went up and downstairs several times. Also, the wounds on his arm are consistent with dog bite tears from a large breed, like the German Shepherd who lived at 34 Fairview.

Had John been hit by a car and debilitated at ~12:30 pm, without a coat, he would have died of hypothermia long before he was found. It was freezing and windy, he had no coat, and his blood alcohol level was through the roof. Yet, he was still alive (barely) when first responders arrived, his arm torn by dog bites, and with his hands curled at his side in decerebrate posture, consistent with severe head trauma from an edged object (like a dumbbell).

So no. There was a drunken brawl inside the house, where he lay dying until they dumped him on the lawn shortly before Karen, Kerry and Jen (sister in law of the homeowner) pulled up. Karen is a scapegoat.

Sorry Jay, but the geolocation did not show that. There are actual data reports presented in trial. The only time it showed the range reaching the house was when the service dropped for just seconds and the location circle broadened and then got more narrow/specific again as the service got better.

I highly suggest not getting your info from the conspiracy pushers on YouTube and social media. They don't cover the information properly.

His phone stopped moving on the lawn at 12:32, and the ME said it was probable that he was out there in those conditions for that long. He did have signs of hypothermia. Please read the ME report.

According to studies, body temp drops somewhere around 1.5-2 degrees per hours in those conditions. His body being about 80 degrees after 6 hours of lying in the snow fits the science.

Take care Jay.

I'm so glad the jury got to see the ugliness of the true Karen in that first clip. I prefer to read your summary than listening to the local news with their pundits and legal experts.

Thank you😊. I prefer summaries like this as well instead of consuming all the nightly commentary on the news and YouTube. It’s nice to have a place where facts can be referenced and not intertwined so heavily with sensationalized commentary.

I’ve lost a lot of trust with the true crime media following this case, but also discovered the few reporters/journalists that shine with integrity.
