I don't fault Yuri for his defensiveness. With Alan Jackson you have to be careful or he'll trip you up & next thing you know you're admitting to lying ( like Kerry). Not to mention his client & he got his respected colleague fired. I'd be pissed too! 🥰

I agree. I think those of us who know all about the awful smear campaign the defense team has aligned in outside of court can totally understand the reason Yuri was defensive. I just worry that the jury won’t see it for that without the context, so Yuri needs to be careful about becoming too difficult.

Alan Jackson’s word play is such a dirty way of manipulating a narrative. He’s so slimy.

I don’t fault Yuri either even though I found the entire semantics game so childish and annoying. Alan Jackson is so slimy and will absolutely use one’s own words against them. And Karen absolutely flipped the bird. I would hope she would be reprimanded for this, but I know that’s not going to happen.

There should be a time limit for witness testimony, in my opinion. If I were on the jury, I would have checked out at Noon on Thursday, but I digress. 🥴

Well said. I agree completely. I feel bad for Yuri for being the defense team’s new punching bag. Who knows how long this cross examination will go on for.🤦‍♀️
